Director of Accounting, Inventory & COGS

HelloFresh is a leading meal kit company. This role is part of the Finance leadership team.

• Oversee financial processes, daily accounting activities, and project management.
• Ensure strong accounting procedures and controls.
• Manage and develop a team of Accounting professionals.
• Support external and internal audits.
• Partner with senior leadership in Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Operations.
• Transform existing processes to deliver results efficiently.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure tight inventory controls.
• Drive process improvements and automation efforts.

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting positions of increasing scope.
• 4+ years experience as a manager and manager of managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a CPA or equivalent.
• Experience in a Big 4 Accounting firm in Audit.
• Proven ability to transform accounting processes.
• Strong affinity for controllership, data, and technology.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
