Live Long George is a long-form 2D animated YouTube channel about longevity and biohacking, with 10–17 minute ranked-list explainers in the Ask Nigel style, hosted by the cartoon character George. The channel is produced by Tulipán Tündér, a Hungarian film and TV production house. Its work includes 14 productions, a total audience of over 1,000,000, feature films and a TV series on national television (TV2), and international exhibitions including Banksy, NASA “Gateway to Space”, and Avatar.
Responsibilities
- Animate 10–17 minute videos from storyboards and voiceovers.
- Draw or source item illustrations and sound effects, syncing them tightly to the voiceover.
Requirements
- Strong 2D skills, using After Effects or equivalent.
- English good enough to discuss feedback.
- AI tools may be used in the workflow as long as the result still looks like handmade 2D.
Conditions
- Produce 2–4 videos per month; CIS/EU timezone preferred.
- Month 1 trial: $150–250 per video. The test task is 20 seconds to the brief, with $75 paid if the test is accepted.
- From month 2: from $1,200 per month, up to $2,000 with performance bonuses.
- Clear input for each video: a storyboard, final voiceover, written style specification, and a ready character kit for George.
- Short, clear feedback with timestamped, one-sentence notes; no endless revision rounds.
