This role is an opportunity to coordinate complex technical implementation projects across real estate, IT, and security environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across assigned technical implementation projects, maintaining visibility into tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership.
- Serve as a dependable coordination point for client contacts and internal project teams, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and action-oriented.
- Support projects involving telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, audiovisual, security, acoustics, and wired and wireless networks, including multi-system integration activities.
- Track project scope, schedules, procurement activities, implementation dependencies, and handoff requirements to support on-time and on-scope delivery.
- Maintain accurate project trackers, decision logs, meeting notes, action registers, status reports, and other documentation required for transparent project execution.
- Coordinate with Subtask Project Managers, Project Supervisors, Group Leads, Team Leads, and delivery teams to align execution with project objectives.
- Identify blockers and emerging risks early, provide appropriate context and proposed next steps, and escalate issues before they affect project commitments.
- Support troubleshooting coordination by routing issues to the appropriate teams and tracking them through resolution.
- Participate in project health reviews, quarterly business reviews, client meetings, and account continuity activities as required.
- Support scope updates, Professional Services Agreement and Additional Services Agreement documentation, implementation readiness, and handover activities when project requirements change.
- Reinforce accurate time, expense, billing, forecasting, and project-control practices, including maintaining Accounts Receivable over 90 days below 10% of total assigned-project AR and keeping project stale dates below 3% in VantagePoint.
- Contribute lessons learned, documentation improvements, and Pull Requests that strengthen PMO consistency and reduce recurring delivery friction.
- Support pursuit preparation, proposal coordination, interview logistics, client feedback tracking, and other project-related activities as needed.
- Participate in structured mentorship and training while helping reinforce documentation, coordination, and implementation-tracking standards across project teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination or project management within an AEC, technical services, construction, or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting technical implementation projects and coordinating cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage defined project responsibilities consistently, accurately, and with minimal rework.
- Working knowledge of project scope, scheduling, dependencies, delivery coordination, and implementation readiness.
- Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders across different functions and time zones.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain structured, accurate, and accessible project documentation.
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Asana, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, GitHub, VantagePoint, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Navisworks.
- CAPM certification is preferred; PMP and CDT certifications are considered additional advantages.
- Ability to communicate project updates, blockers, dependencies, and decisions clearly and proactively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for meetings, surveys, inspections, and other project activities.
- Ability to work in office, remote, client-site, and construction environments as project requirements dictate.
- Ability to perform occasional site-walk activities involving extended standing or walking, stairs, bending, kneeling, confined spaces, and lifting or moving equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Conditions
- Annual salary range of $115,000–$150,000, depending on skills, experience, knowledge, and subject-matter expertise.
