Your team
As an AI Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform by bringing cutting-edge NLP and LLM capabilities into our products. This role is based in Mannheim, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office.
Design, build, and deploy
AI agents and agentic systems
that become an integral part of our global SaaS products.
Develop
LLM-powered services and multi-agent architectures
, enabling models, tools, and data sources to work together across complex workflows.
Build, fine-tune, and deploy
open-source LLMs and transformer-based models
, including use cases such as intelligent search, entity resolution, information extraction, and document understanding.
Design and operate
RAG pipelines and AI services
using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
Take
end-to-end ownership
of AI solutions—from experimentation and model selection to deployment, monitoring, optimization, and production operation.
