Responsibilities:
- Support global treasury operations, including cash positioning and payments, bank account management, intercompany, and banking administration.
- Partner with various departments to create and manage a direct cash flow forecast.
- Collaborate on implementation and utilization of treasury management system and other technology tools to automate processes.
- Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into cash positions, liquidity, and treasury metrics.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards (SOX Controls).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Accounting, Finance and Tax.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury management.
- Knowledge of global banking and payments, cash forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience with treasury management systems and related applications.
- Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality and ability to build strong collaborative relationships.
- Strong partnership and management skills.
Conditions:
- Base salary range: $104,000 - $166,000 USD.
- Total rewards include cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
