Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional field marketing plans and event strategies aligned to annual and quarterly revenue goals.
- Plan and deliver a mix of small-scale executive events and large industry activations across Europe in partnership with Sales and Global Marketing.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to launch joint programs that drive partner engagement and co-sell opportunities.
- Enable Sales and SDR teams to maximize impact around key events—ensuring consistent messaging, coordinated outreach, and strong follow-up.
- Work cross-functionally with Demand Generation and RevOps to optimize event promotion, lead flow, and reporting.
- Track and analyze event performance to continuously improve pipeline contribution and ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with Sales, SDRs, and Partner teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- A creative, strategic thinker who knows how to design memorable event experiences that stand out.
- Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent English communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; additional European languages a plus.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt messaging and programs across diverse EMEA markets.
- Willingness to travel regionally for events and partner engagements.
- Fluency or minimum C2 level in French.
