- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to understand customer workflows, product experiences, user behaviors, and business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, product experiences, and user behaviors to identify opportunities for improved adoption, engagement, retention, and value realization.
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or related analytical roles within B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
