A partner company is seeking a Senior SEO, ASO and AI Search Specialist to lead organic growth strategies for international brands in a fully remote environment. Based in Italy.
Responsibilities
- Lead SEO, ASO and AI search strategies across multiple client accounts
- Conduct technical SEO audits (crawling, indexing, rendering, canonicalization, redirects, structured data)
- Protect organic visibility during launches and migrations
- Manage app store optimization for Apple App Store and Google Play
- Develop content strategies and briefs
- Strengthen brand authority through digital PR and link acquisition
- Optimize YouTube discoverability and engagement
- Develop and test AI search strategies
- Lead client communications and reporting
- Track organic traffic, installs, engagement and conversions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong technical SEO knowledge
- Ability to inspect HTML and implement CMS changes
- Hands-on ASO experience for Apple App Store and Google Play
- Experience with AI search visibility
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, crawling tools and SEO platforms
- Content strategy and editorial judgment
- YouTube optimization familiarity
- Strong client-facing communication
- Excellent prioritization and analytical skills
Conditions
- Annual salary CAD $100,000–$160,000 depending on experience
- Fully remote work across Canada, US, Europe and Asia
