ERP Project Manager

• Fully remote contract role based in Brazil for a healthcare organization

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across Workday and UKG workstreams, maintaining plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate Phase 3 UKG initiatives, including system extensions and implementation of the UKG Acuity module
• Manage the productivity-focused portion of Phase 3 with business and operational leaders
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and assign ownership
• Coordinate activities across HR, Payroll, IT, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies and drive resolution
• Prepare project status reports for leadership visibility
• Support transition planning, implementation readiness, go-live, and stabilization
• Coordinate third-party vendors and consultants

Requirements

• Proven experience managing enterprise ERP implementations or transformation projects
• Hands-on project management experience with Workday and UKG strongly preferred
• Experience managing concurrent workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle
• Experience working with software vendors and implementation consultants
• Strong project governance, planning, risk management, and dependency-tracking capabilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
• Healthcare or complex enterprise experience preferred

Conditions

• Hourly compensation of $70–$95 depending on experience
• Fully remote position
• Initial three-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
