About the company
Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring a full-time Full Stack Developer to join its Enterprise Delivery team, bridging software engineering and Generative AI to build end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend microservices (Python) and frontend interfaces (React/Vue) for AI-driven applications
- Lead system design and communicate it to technical and non-technical clients
- Design solutions adhering to security, access controls, and scalability constraints
- Implement agentic AI solutions including orchestration patterns, tool use, and memory/retrieval integration
- Design and operate end-to-end RAG workflows including retrieval pipeline architecture, embedding strategies, and response evaluation
- Optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured content using SQL, Python
- Integrate AI components with semantic layers and knowledge graphs
- Design system security, access control (RBAC/ABAC), and network architecture
- Develop middleware integration layers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, or related field
- 2-5 years of professional software development experience across backend and frontend
- Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, TypeScript)
- Familiarity with data modeling, database architecture, and SQL
- Experience with Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Agile practices
- Proficiency using Generative AI tools across the SDLC
- Strong client communication skills
- Preferred: RDF, SPARQL, Linked Data, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, AI observability, ontology tools, RAG pipelines, NLP
Conditions
- Salary range $95,000 – $115,000
- Hybrid role, on-site 3 days a week in Arlington, VA
