Responsibilities
Lead and evolve Affirm’s Enterprise Risk Management program.
Strengthen enterprise risk governance.
Drive alignment of risk management practices.
Oversee and mature key enterprise risk programs (Operational Risk, Third Party Risk Management, Business Continuity, Issues Management, Risk Governance).
Enhance risk analytics and reporting.
Act as a strategic advisor and credible challenger.
Drive cross-functional alignment.
Build and lead a high-performing team.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or technology environments.
Proven experience leading and maturing enterprise risk frameworks.
Strong strategic mindset.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Experience working with Product, Engineering, and data-driven teams is strongly preferred.
