Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, feature definition, and end-to-end user experience.
• Develop deep understanding of product functionality, workflows, and interconnected modules.
• Transform complex capabilities into intuitive, consistent, user-friendly experiences.
• Lead product discovery and design reviews, propose UX/UI improvements, define new features.
• Identify friction points, usability gaps, and missing connections through product exploration and data analysis.
• Optimize onboarding to improve conversion, activation, and reduce drop-off.
• Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and behavioral signals to prioritize improvements.
• Compare specs, staging environments, and production releases to identify discrepancies and regressions.
• Create PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Translate insights into onboarding materials, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
• Collaborate with design and engineering while driving product thinking independently.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, preferably AI-powered products, SaaS, or fast-moving tech environments.
• Strong product sense and UX/UI judgment.
• Experience owning roadmaps, defining features, writing detailed requirements.
• Proven experience optimizing onboarding, conversion, activation, and drop-off.
• Strong analytical skills with product usage data and customer feedback.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written communication: PRDs, tickets, prototypes, documentation.
• Familiarity with product design tools, prototyping workflows, analytics platforms.
• Ability to work with designers and engineers while maintaining independent ownership.
• Proactive, action-oriented mindset; comfort in high-autonomy, low-bureaucracy environment.
• Immediate availability preferred.
