Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and retain a team of senior recruiters
• Build deep trust with the leaders of Communications, Brand, and Marketing
• Own headcount plans, pipeline data, and reporting
• Use data to show where each search stands
• Work with operations partners on headcount, planning, and priorities
• Set one consistent process across the team
• Hire recruiters onto your own team
• Partner with Compensation, Finance, People Partners, and Recruiting Operations

Requirements

• Managed recruiters, including senior recruiters
• Trusted recruiting partner to senior executives
• Run recruiting operations with rigor
• Stay steady at a high pace
• Give and take direct feedback
• Keep sensitive information confidential
• 10+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years managing recruiters
• Experience leading an executive search function
• Experience supporting leaders whose work is public and high-stakes
• Experience scaling a recruiting team
• Fluency with recruiting systems and AI tools

Conditions

• Annual Salary: $295,000 - $375,000 USD
• Location-based hybrid policy: at least 25% of the time in office
• Visa sponsorship available
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
