SP6 delivers Expert Services around AI Governance, AI Security, and AI Systems Resiliency. The role is a full-time consultant joining services teams in North America, focused on CrowdStrike Falcon.
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and tune Next-Gen SIEM: onboard data sources, build parsers, write detections and dashboards, support migrations
- Help customers adopt AIDR (Guardian) to secure workforce AI usage and in-house AI applications
- Design and configure playbooks, workflows, and integrations in Fusion SOAR
- Design and configure Falcon Onum listeners, pipelines and datasinks
- Design and configure custom apps using Falcon Foundry
- Lead deployments, migrations, health checks, and outcome-based projects
- Provide ongoing administration of Falcon environments: policy and sensor management, detection tuning, platform health monitoring
- Provide knowledge transfer to customers
- Serve as hands-on CrowdStrike resource for internal team
- Manage time across multiple concurrent customers
Requirements
- Active CrowdStrike certifications: CCFA and CCSE
- 1+ years of hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon experience, including Next-Gen SIEM
- Experience with AIDR preferred
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably SOC operations, security engineering, threat detection, or incident response
- Understanding of security log sources, normalization, correlation, detection dependencies
- Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, OWASP, incident response processes
- Strong understanding of EDR/XDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, DNS, proxy, IAM, Active Directory, cloud security
- Experience writing queries, detections, dashboards in CrowdStrike Query Language (CQL)
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and testing
- Ability to manage multiple customers or projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
