Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain e-commerce websites using Magento 2
• Customize Magento themes, modules, extensions, and storefront features
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, shipping services
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, maintain platform stability
• Optimize website performance and loading speed
• Write, test, and maintain code using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
• Implement security updates and maintenance fixes
• Collaborate with team members and deliver milestones on deadlines

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on Magento 2 development experience
• Practical knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
• Experience customizing Magento themes, modules, extensions
• Understanding of third-party API integrations, payment gateways, shipping integrations
• Ability to debug and improve performance
• Awareness of website security practices
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Effective communication and time management
• Availability for part-time contractual work; immediate availability preferred
