Data and Reporting Analysis Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members, review work, provide guidance
• Develop strategies and approaches for team objectives
• Manage day-to-day requests for data, reports, and analytical insights
• Build and support data migration staging environments and data warehouses
• Support regulatory and business reporting activities
• Analyze downstream data to identify anomalies and data quality issues
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases
• Create and maintain reporting scripts, promote peer reviews
• Gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in insurance, data analytics, reporting, or supervisory role
• Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, data management principles
• Experience with Microsoft Visio for process flows and documentation
• Familiarity with GitHub or Azure DevOps
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Conditions

• Competitive annual salary: $125,000–$165,000
