  • Drive product delivery: Partner closely with engineering and design teams to manage backlogs, define priorities, sequence initiatives, and make decisions around integration depth, functionality, and delivery.
  • Coordinate integration partnerships: Collaborate with partnership stakeholders to activate appropriate technology partners ahead of development and oversee ongoing enhancements to existing integrations.
  • Maintain and improve the integration portfolio: Support the reliability, relevance, and continued evolution of existing integrations while identifying opportunities to expand their capabilities.
  • Engage directly with customers: Gather customer feedback, understand integration requirements and pain points, and translate those insights into actionable product priorities.
  • Enable adoption and visibility: Partner with marketing, sales, field, and enablement teams to communicate integration capabilities, support training, and make integrations easier for customers to discover and configure.
  • Measure product impact: Establish and communicate metrics related to integration breadth, depth, adoption, data availability, and the ability of integrations to address customer compliance and business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives: Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously, maintain stakeholder alignment, and provide clear communication on progress, decisions, risks, and priorities.
  • Apply emerging technologies thoughtfully: Explore AI-enabled approaches that can improve product planning, efficiency, and impact while applying sound judgment and responsible practices.
Requirements
  • Product and integration experience: 4+ years of experience supporting or leading integration delivery, with a demonstrated track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations; experience owning an integration portfolio or category is highly desirable.
  • Product prioritization: Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks and the ability to sequence complex integration work across multiple teams and competing objectives.
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable working with integration technologies and concepts such as APIs, authentication, permissions, data flows, and platform connectivity.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, product, partnerships, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Planning and execution: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience coordinating several workstreams while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Customer orientation: Ability to engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and translate feedback into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to balance customer input, business priorities, technical considerations, and long-term product direction when making roadmap decisions.
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and product decisions to diverse audiences.
  • AI mindset: Curiosity about AI and a willingness to use AI tools responsibly to amplify productivity, improve decision-making, and strengthen product outcomes.
