Responsibilities
Own the discovery phase of third-party integrations, from initial business request to implementation-ready specifications
Work closely with stakeholders: Product team, Customer Success, Business Development, Engineering, Support and external partners
Analyze new integration opportunities, evaluate business value, technical feasibility and impact on the Onde platform
Research APIs, technical documentation and integration capabilities
Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements, participate in architectural discussions, prepare task specifications and Definition of Done
Validate requirements and proposed solutions with stakeholders
Collaborate with architects and developers during solution design
Support product prioritization with structured analysis and business impact evaluation
Maintain and improve documentation standards for integrations and technical discovery
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, System Analyst or similar roles in tech/SaaS companies
Strong experience collecting, analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements
Experience writing technical documentation, functional specifications, CJMs, SRS, user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience working with third-party integrations and APIs
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly
Experience working with technical teams (developers, QA) and participating in solution architecture discussions
Strong analytical and systems thinking
Solid understanding of APIs, authentication methods, webhooks, client-server architecture and integration patterns
Ability to work independently and manage multiple discoveries simultaneously
