Responsibilities
Build robust and resilient systems on top of internal ecosystem and stakeholder tooling
Create long-term documentation and runbooks, hand ownership back to teams
Identify repeated stakeholder issues feeding into tooling roadmap
Automate complex internal processes using Google Vertex AI, Google ADK and software engineering (support agents, documentation retrieval, contract review)
Own end-to-end technical delivery: write critical code, configure systems, troubleshoot
Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly
Resolve complex technical challenges from data integrations on GCP/Kubernetes to AI agent orchestration
Requirements
