- Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Compare traffic signatures to determine malicious traffic.
- Advise customers on filtering malicious traffic.
- Work with Engineering and Operations teams to mitigate attacks.
Требования
- Minimum 3 years working within a Technical Support team.
- Fundamental understanding of how the Internet works.
- Advanced understanding of internet protocols.
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
