Responsibilities
- Own a core product area, defining and continuously improving a seamless, intuitive, and efficient experience for its users.
- Develop and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with broader business and platform objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional product squad, coordinating Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders around priorities and execution.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation, particularly through automation, intelligent systems, and workflow improvements.
- Prioritize initiatives by balancing user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and expected measurable impact.
- Transform ambiguous or complex challenges into clearly defined problems, actionable plans, and scalable product solutions.
- Optimize key user workflows to reduce friction and improve efficiency across the product experience.
- Conduct user research, analyze behavioral and product data, and engage directly with customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs.
- Partner closely with Engineering to guide technical execution and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and high quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to build alignment, communicate decisions, and secure support for major product initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years owning full product lifecycles from product vision and strategy through optimization.
- Experience with AI, SaaS, legal technology, or similarly complex technology products is highly desirable.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand the capabilities and limitations of AI/ML technologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams or product squads through complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring clarity, structure, and direction to ambiguous situations.
- Excellent product judgment and UX intuition, with a strong focus on creating intuitive and efficient user experiences.
- Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder perspectives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and align diverse audiences around a shared vision.
- A highly autonomous, strategic, and curious mindset, with the ability to quickly learn new industries, technologies, and customer workflows.
- A hospitality-oriented approach to collaboration, demonstrating empathy, composure, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent experiences.
- Bonus experience with tools such as Figma, Mixpanel, Looker, Zendesk, HubSpot, or comparable product, analytics, design, and customer-support platforms.
- Experience with two-sided marketplace businesses or startup environments is a plus.
