Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates and new hires.
- Identify and recruit the best-fit personnel to help drive the team and company to higher levels.
- Establish and maintain communication with outside resources to help build a network for sourcing qualified applicants.
- Facilitate the completion of drug tests, background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and perform candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit for open positions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to maintain organized candidate records, track application status, and manage high-volume candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines while providing regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate recommendations.
- Monitor key recruitment performance indicators such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to identify process improvements and ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Maintain adherence to employment laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
- B2 or above English level.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ability to work in MS Office.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
- Ability to be proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
- Ability to identify, recruit, and develop talent.
- Experience with candidate screening, phone interviews, and assessment techniques.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
