Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the company's Training & Development strategy in alignment with business and people priorities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with business leaders, HR BPs, managers and employees
- Design and implement learning programs for different employee groups: onboarding, professional skills, soft skills, leadership
- Develop individual and team development programs
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops and interactive learning experiences
- Own L&D projects end-to-end: from identifying the business need to implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement
- Apply modern learning approaches: adult learning, blended learning, microlearning, experiential learning, digital learning
- Work closely with HR BP, business leaders and other stakeholders
- Promote a culture of continuous learning
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Leadership Development, preferably within IT or iGaming
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Hands-on experience with PDPs and LMS platforms
- Advanced Russian and Upper-Intermediate+ English
