• Own features end-to-end — from initial proposals and refinements to code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Keep a large distributed monolith healthy, observable, and fast.
• Maintain and evolve existing services while building new ones.
• Make architectural calls and reason about their impact.
• Address technical debt systematically.
• Ship with engineering rigor.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Требования

• 5+ years in software engineering at product companies.
• 3+ years of hands-on Java/Kotlin experience.
• Solid Spring Boot experience.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills.
• Track record designing and running distributed systems in production.
• Good level of Russian and English.
