Responsibilities
- Review and release transaction on system hold
- Ensure all type of orders undergo Restricted Party Screening (RPL /DPL process) and maintain Track for Audit’s
- Ensure all import/export transactions are in compliance with local, national, and international customs regulations
- Prepare, review, and submit all necessary customs documentation
- Classify goods based on Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate timely release of shipments
- Identify potential compliance risks and take corrective actions
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline Logistics operations
- Work closely with logistics, procurement, and business partners teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Global Trade Operations, customs operations, trade compliance executions and import/export processes
- Strong understanding of customs documentation, INCOTERMS, Restricted Party List and HTS classification procedures
- Well versed with SAP and Oracle GTM
