Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Technical Support teams, providing timely and accurate guidance on complex security and technology questions.
- Investigate and resolve challenging technical issues through structured root-cause analysis, drawing on expertise across security products, architectures, integrations, and security operations.

- Partner with Security, Detection & Response, Engineering, and other technical teams to gather specialized knowledge and translate it into practical guidance for customer-facing teams.
- Identify recurring questions and knowledge gaps, then develop, review, and continuously improve technical documentation, processes, troubleshooting resources, and self-service content.
- Curate internal and external knowledge repositories and ensure teams can quickly locate reliable answers and relevant technical resources.

- Strong knowledge of security controls and technologies across Windows, Unix/Linux, AWS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure.
- Understanding of common attack vectors, threat tactics, attacker techniques, the attack lifecycle, and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt technical discussions for security practitioners, technical teams, customers, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong consultative skills, including active listening, conflict management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and appropriate escalation.
- Experience creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, or enablement materials.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and customer-facing functions and translate specialized knowledge into practical guidance.
- A proactive mindset and genuine commitment to continuous learning, self-assessment, and technical development.
- A bachelor's degree and/or relevant cybersecurity certifications is a plus, but demonstrated technical capability and experience are valued most.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not currently available.
