Are you a strategic, data driven professional who excels at bringing clarity to complex data? As a Sr. Marketing Data Strategist, you will leverage advanced expertise in marketing data analysis, modeling, governance, and enrichment.
Responsibilities
- Advanced data analysis and modeling: Design and maintain scalable marketing data models that support segmentation, personalization, prioritization, and performance measurement
- Data quality, enrichment & governance: Embed data enrichment logic, validation frameworks, and standardized quality controls to improve completeness, accuracy, and consistency across systems
- Data visualization, reporting, & data health monitoring: Develop dashboards and visualizations that communicate marketing performance, segmentation effectiveness, and key data health metrics
- Data governance, data strategy enablement, & process optimization: Partner with digital marketing, technology, and legal/privacy teams to ensure audience strategies are supported by compliant, standardized, high-quality data
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing data, analytics, data strategy, or related fields
- Strong expertise in data models, segmentation strategy, data quality, governance, and enrichment practices
- Experience partnering with Legal and Privacy teams on data usage, consent, and compliance requirements
- Advanced experience working across CRM, marketing automation platforms, CDPs, and BI tools
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze and validate complex datasets
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable frameworks rather than one-off solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, information systems, or a related field
- Occasional travel may be required (up to ~20%)

- Base salary range: $93,600 - $156,000 USD
