Responsibilities
- Own timely and predictable delivery of product across the product portfolio.
- Run cross-team and cross-entity programs (acquisition integrations, legal-entity restructurings, partner and vendor migrations) end-to-end.
- Build trust between product and regulatory, compliance, legal, finance, and audit partners.
- Run programs where product delivery and control exposure intersect.
- Maintain the single source of truth for resource allocation, program timelines, and risks.
- Run the execution-review cadence for the product org.
- Build the Technical Program Management function from scratch, hiring 1–2 TPMs within a year.
Requirements
- Experience as a program manager in R&D.
- Ability to build a Technical Program Management function from scratch.
- Experience with cross-team and cross-entity program execution.
- Experience with regulatory submission pipelines and audit-driven remediation programs.
- Outcome-accountable, technically fluent, and light-touch on teams.
Conditions
