About the company

Responsibilities
- Annotate, classify, and label text, audio, image, and video data to train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and AI systems
- Evaluate search results, digital advertisements, and AI chatbot outputs for factual accuracy, linguistic quality, relevance, and safety
- Create, test, and iterate complex prompts in Dutch to evaluate and expand the conversational capabilities of modern AI tools
- Verify that AI-generated content aligns with authentic Dutch linguistic norms, cultural nuances, and industry-specific context
- Provide detailed, structured feedback and error reporting to help technical teams refine model reasoning and evaluation frameworks
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch, accompanied by strong professional proficiency in English
- Comfortable navigating digital tools, online platforms, data annotation portals, and web-based software applications
- Meticulous eye for detail, critical thinking, and a strong curiosity regarding artificial intelligence and linguistic accuracy
- Access to a reliable personal computer and high-speed internet connection suitable for remote data annotation work
- Previous background or interest in linguistics, translation, proofreading, content moderation, or AI data annotation is a plus
