Responsibilities
- Lead green-field initiatives that shape the future of the developer experience for building and maintaining Security Integrations
- Architect and drive the tooling and automation strategy, leveraging Gen AI to solve problems at scale
- Set a collaborative tone for the team, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and thoughtful decision-making, while mentoring engineers
- Represent the team in the open, working closely with Security and Ingest teams, Elastic users, and the broader open source community
Requirements
- Experience building and running evals for AI systems at scale
- Strong proficiency in Python and Go
- Hands-on Terraform for infrastructure and deployment
- BigQuery for telemetry and data analysis
- Proven ability to run projects end to end with autonomy
