• Provide advanced deliverability support to our customers and our internal teams
• Oversee, nurture, and grow a small team of regionally-based deliverability consultants
• Interface directly with prospects and customers
• Function as an escalation point for the regional team
• Aid in long-term, strategic deliverability planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams

Требования

• Experience coaching or mentoring email deliverability consultants
• Very strong understanding of the email deliverability space
• High familiarity in coordinating with mailbox providers
