Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover requirements, map current-state IAM processes, and identify dependencies and pain points across IT, security, and application teams.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Produce clear business process flows and solution design diagrams.
- Support senior team members in maintaining the requirements traceability matrix.
- Partner with technical architects and consultants to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications. Provide functional oversight during the build phase.
- Partner with project leadership to execute change management plans, create user training documentation, and assist with go-live support.
Requirements
- 3+ years in consulting, analysis and enterprise project/program delivery.
- Demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Proven ability to evaluate system feasibility and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Excellent ability to synthesize complex technical specifications for non-technical stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to balance competing functional priorities.
- Proficiency in utilizing standard project documentation templates (e.g., BRD, solution design).
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
Conditions
- Annual base salary range: $89,000 - $133,000 USD.
