Responsibilities
- Identify and clearly define customer and business problems that the product should solve.
- Shape product direction by determining what should be built and why.
- Ensure product decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of users and market needs.
- Translate product initiatives into clear and actionable requirements.
- Ensure teams remain aligned and product initiatives move smoothly from planning to release.
- Guide product decisions by balancing competing needs across teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure product initiatives deliver measurable impact after release.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company or B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Good at writing clear product requirements and documentation.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt communication styles for technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and usage data.
- Experience working with engineering and design teams in product development cycles.
- Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GA4 (or similar analytics tools).
- Based in Singapore or open to relocating.
