Обязанности

• Drive revenue and engagement KPIs through in-game events, offers, promotions, and LiveOps initiatives
• Plan, maintain, and operate the LiveOps calendar, including events, offers, promotions, and regional activities
• Collaborate closely with Game Design, Product, Analytics, Publishing, Development, Art, and Localization teams
• Analyze player behavior, event performance, offer results, and monetization funnels to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and test monetization hypotheses, and evaluate results after launches
• Participate in planning and execution of major in-game events, updates, and releases
• Support publishing and regional initiatives from the LiveOps and monetization perspective
• Contribute to the long-term development of LiveOps, monetization, and player engagement systems for One State
• Participate in incident handling (errors, bugs, compensations) following existing processes and guidelines

Требования

• 2+ years of experience in LiveOps or game management
• Understanding of Free-to-Play game principles
• Basic knowledge of game monetization systems
• Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with data handling skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Native Russian language proficiency
• Interest in game development and gaming experience
• Readiness to relocate and work in our office in Limassol
