- Act as the first responder for security alerts.
- Own customer security tickets and internal IT requests.
- Participate in the on-call pager rotation.
- Maintain and improve runbooks and escalation paths.
Требования
- Prior experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
- Foundational understanding of security concepts.
- Comfortable with a terminal and basic SQL.
- Strong customer-facing judgment.
