Responsibilities
- Set the multi-year Agentic Platform strategy and turn it into a roadmap.
- Own core platform primitives — multi-agent orchestration, planning and execution runtimes, memory and context management, tool and MCP infrastructure, guardrails, and observability.
- Lead the product side of custom model training and fine-tuning on ZoomInfo's proprietary data.
- Build the decisioning-model layer that lets agents choose the right action.
- Run a structured orchestration R&D program.
- Identify and ship net-new platform capabilities.
- Partner with engineering to make agent infrastructure production-grade.
- Build and grow a team of senior and principal PMs.
Requirements
- At least 10 years building technical products, including at least 3 years leading teams of PMs or running a company.
- Deep, hands-on experience with production agentic systems.
- A track record of taking an AI or agentic product from 0→1.
- Fluency across the modern agentic stack, including orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom), MCP and tool-calling patterns, RAG and memory architectures, and evals and observability.
- Enough technical depth to review architecture docs, read agent traces, and prototype in code yourself.
Conditions
- Remote-US position.
- Compensation: $192,920 – $303,160 USD base salary, plus bonus, commission, equity and other benefits may apply.
