Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable MDM solutions across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
Define and maintain MDM standards, policies, configuration profiles, application management, and compliance controls.
Leverage PowerShell, Bash, and Microsoft Graph API to automate device management, compliance, reporting, remediation, and enforcement workflows.
Build reporting and analytics to monitor device health, compliance, application status, security posture, and fleet trends.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Mentor and coach team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Strong enterprise MDM experience with deep hands-on and architectural expertise in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro/Jamf Connect across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
Understanding of endpoint architecture including Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, EDR, Zscaler, and privilege management.
Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting and automation via Microsoft Graph API.
Solid understanding of endpoint security principles (encryption, compliance, identity-driven access).
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
