ERP Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment and support of AI-enabled SAP automation solutions and agentic workflows across SAP S/4HANA
• Architect scalable AI engineering solutions using SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, RAG, AI agents, MCP, A2A
• Translate business process requirements into technical architectures and automation workflows
• Develop reusable AI agent frameworks with governance, security guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls
• Deploy AI-driven solutions across PTP, OTC, DTC and FICO processes
• Lead production readiness, release planning and operational support
• Establish monitoring, observability and auditability frameworks
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI agents, integrations and SAP platforms
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, SOX and responsible AI requirements
• Lead and mentor global engineering teams

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in SAP technology, enterprise systems engineering, SAP S/4HANA
• Deep expertise in SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, RAG, AI agents
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes: FICO, OTC, PTP, sales, billing
• Experience with AI agent engineering, workflow orchestration and automation frameworks
• Experience leading production support, incident management and release governance
• Understanding of AI governance, security controls and compliance
• Proven leadership of global engineering teams
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in fashion, retail or consumer-facing industry preferred
