Responsibilities
- Execute paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with accuracy and consistency.
- Pace and manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets with precision.
- Continuously optimize large-scale campaign structures, including keyword management, bid strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Track, analyze, and present campaign performance on a regular cadence.
- Support A/B tests and marketing experiments with Data Science, Analytics, and Product teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns directly within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
- Experience managing large paid search budgets, with exposure to programs involving $5M+ in monthly spend preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience optimizing toward performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, and CAC.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis, budget tracking, and reporting.
- Proven ability to follow detailed operational processes and SOPs with consistency, accuracy, and a high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Conditions
- This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location.
- Currently, we are only hiring in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
- For Canadian based candidates, the base pay ranges for a successful candidate are listed below: CAN $101,000 — $106,500 CAD.
