About the team: Mitigation Platform
The Mitigation Platform at Wise is dedicated to enhancing the scalability, efficiency, and quality of Wise Operations. Our mission is to:
- Develop a robust framework for generating and distributing work across all operations, ensuring tasks are assigned to the right person at the right time.
- Create tools and frameworks that empower teams to design their specific workflows, accelerating time to market and offering customizable complexity.
- Establish a comprehensive reference for a 360-degree view of customer data, enabling our operations to swiftly identify and address issues.
Our squad consists of approximately 30 skilled professionals, organized into three cross-functional teams, all focused on reducing handling time, increasing automation, and minimizing friction through innovative technology.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead Servicing improvements by setting the product direction and aligning engineering, design, and operations within Mitigation Platform.
- Provide strategic direction while being hands-on in project leadership and execution. Own the product roadmap and define KPIs/OKRs for your team.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Analytics, Data Science, Operations, and Compliance teams to integrate improvements across the product lifecycle.
- Oversee the execution of key projects, including decreasing friction for customers, automating reviews and assisting agents making the right decisions in reviews.
