Requirements

- Fully remote work within the United States.
- Ongoing engagement, generally 30–40 hours per week, depending on hiring volume and performance.

- Potential to support recruiting assignments across additional client accounts over time.
- Access to the recruiting team's Microsoft ecosystem and a branded work email.
- Contractor provides their own computer and equipment.
- Flexible engagement based on client hiring needs and contractor availability.
