Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding through development and exit—by developing dashboards and reports that provide insights into hiring, attrition, engagement, performance, promotions, compensation, headcount, and organizational health.
- Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Finance, and other Centers of Excellence to deliver analytics supporting quarterly business reviews, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Design scalable reporting solutions and self-service dashboards that improve access to trusted workforce insights.
- Collaborate with HR Technology and data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across people data platforms.
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings through compelling visualizations and executive-ready presentations.
- Design, develop, and maintain predictive analytics models that help identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, survival analysis, and segmentation, to solve business problems.
- Build and validate predictive models supporting areas such as attrition prediction, workforce forecasting, employee lifecycle and tenure analysis, and hiring and talent pipeline analytics.
- Recommend data-driven solutions that improve workforce planning and organizational decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate emerging analytical methods and technologies to improve People Analytics capabilities.
- Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyze employee feedback from surveys, onboarding, exit interviews, and other listening channels.
- Use topic modeling, sentiment analysis, and text analytics to identify emerging themes and actionable insights.
- Explore and prototype Generative AI use cases that automate narrative reporting, summarize workforce trends, and enhance the delivery of people insights.
- Partner with HR Technology and analytics teams to evaluate AI-enabled solutions that improve reporting efficiency and decision support while maintaining appropriate governance and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytics discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and other enterprise HR platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse).
- Strong programming skills using Python and/or R for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and automation.
- Experience applying advanced statistical methods, including regression, clustering, forecasting, text analytics, and sentiment analysis.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and applying sound data management and governance practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions through data.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and emerging AI technologies applied to analytics is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
