Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio, supporting both G&A and technical requisitions
- Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research
- Partner with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies
- Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency
- Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets
- Deep knowledge across the candidate lifecycle: talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, closing
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
Conditions
- Base salary range: $130,900 — $154,000 USD annually (excluding equity and bonus)
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility
