Responsibilities
- Own analysis end-to-end across the supply domain: scope the question, pull and validate the data, run the analysis, and land on a clear answer
- Monitor and diagnose supply performance, including assignment speed, acceptance, courier availability, and delivery success
- Analyze the courier lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to retention, reliability, and earnings
- Evaluate the impact of product changes, incentives, and operational initiatives through experiments and impact analysis
- Own data quality for supply metrics
- Build and maintain source-of-truth dashboards, enable self-serve reporting, and train teams to use them
- Translate findings into clear recommendations for product, operations, and leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years in an analytical role at a marketplace, logistics, ride-hailing, or on-demand delivery company
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a similar quantitative field
- Advanced SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries on large event data
- Working proficiency in Python for analysis beyond SQL
- Solid statistics and experimentation fundamentals: hypothesis testing, power, and awareness of network effects in marketplace tests
- Understanding of supply-side marketplace dynamics
- Ability to break an ambiguous operational question into a structured analysis
- Strong analytical judgment
- Excellent communication
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with dispatch, matching, or courier/fleet supply analytics
- Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Geospatial analysis (H3, geohash, PostGIS)
- Time-series forecasting
- Experience with Trino/Presto and BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
