Responsibilities
- Administer and provide escalation support for SaaS platforms
- Implement and maintain policies, software deployment, patching, and security compliance for Mac and Windows endpoints using Jamf and Intune
- Own lifecycle management across core collaboration and endpoint management platforms
- Develop automation scripts and workflows (Python, PowerShell, Okta Workflows)
- Monitor system health, performance, and usage; resolve or escalate issues
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, Legal teams
- Perform investigations/discovery across systems for Legal and HR
- Assist in vendor management and product evaluations
- Onboard new applications for single sign-on
- Develop and maintain technical operating procedures, policies, and engineering roadmaps
- Provide Tier 3 IT support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or comparable experience)
- 3+ years supporting SaaS Collaboration tools and Mac/Windows endpoint management
- In-depth knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts
- Understanding of RBAC and permissions models across SaaS applications
- Scripting and automation experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Conditions
- Base salary range $130,000 – $172,000 USD
