Responsibilities
- Steer the design of driver-based planning templates aligned with the company’s P&L and FCF structure.
- Document and analyse P&L and FCF drivers for each Delivery Hero brand, identifying operational, market, and product-specific assumptions.
- Create standardised planning frameworks that accommodate nuances in each Delivery Hero brand's business model while enabling group-level standardisation.
- Identify and document financial reporting gaps that affect Anaplan planning models.
- Build documentation, training materials, and user guides for regional finance teams.
- Serve as the subject matter expert supporting central and regional brands through Anaplan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and identifying planning process gaps.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in FP&A or financial planning roles, with hands-on experience in multi-entity or multi-brand environments. You have a proven track record of deploying or configuring planning tools (such as Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, or equivalent).
- A strong grasp of cost allocation, working capital dynamics, capital expenditure planning, and unit economics. You are experienced in modelling different business segments or geographic regions with distinct operational drivers.
- Experience working in complex organisations with multiple revenue streams, business units, or geographies (e.g., marketplace, SaaS, quick commerce, retail); with the ability to quickly grasp and document distinct business model nuances.
- Ability to translate complex financial and systems concepts for diverse audiences, including regional business teams and central finance leadership. You possess excellent documentation and presentation skills and are comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures.
