Responsibilities
- Lead and execute testing of client-facing applications, internal tools, and backend APIs
- Utilize and promote formal testing methodologies
- Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction
- Log and track defects using the designated tracking system
- Identify QA process bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Work closely with Development, Product Management, and QA team members
- Identify and manage key KPIs and metrics for product quality
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience testing web and/or mobile applications
- Ability to develop and execute software test strategies and test cases
- Experience in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End System Integration Testing
- Experience with mobile testing tools (Appium, BrowserStack) highly desired
- Experience in Agile/Scrum/DevOps
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, and general web technologies
- Ability to document clear bug reports, test plans, and test cases
- Understanding of API Testing and tools (Postman, SoapUI, Apigee) a plus
- Familiarity with automation scripts and Playwright framework
- Understanding of database architecture/concepts a plus
- Proven verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with SDLC and testing process
