Responsibilities
- Create exceptional native experiences with the latest e-commerce tech stack while ensuring world-class product quality
- Collaborate directly with clients to ensure technical feasibility and feature ownership
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Work with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Requirements
- Clear and effective communication, able to express ideas and collaborate efficiently in a team
- Strong English proficiency
- Approachable and easy to work with
- Self-driven, comfortable working with little supervision
- Strong experience in Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus)
- Jetpack Compose proficiency (Compose Multiplatform is a plus)
- Deep knowledge of Coroutines and/or RxJava
- Solid understanding of Software Architecture (MVVM or similar)
- Experience with Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc.)
- Unit testing and UI testing (Test-driven development is highly valued)
- Creating fluid visual interactions and implementing modern mobile UX patterns
- Knowledge of performance optimization, observability, and metrics
