Product Finance Director

• Establish a unified GPU demand plan across production inference, internal research, and new product bets
• Drive capacity commitment and procurement strategies across hyperscalers and neoclouds, optimizing reserved, spot, and on-demand compute
• Lead revenue and margin analytics across the AI product portfolio
• Model end-to-end unit economics of AI products before they ship, partnering with Product and Pricing
• Define north star efficiency KPIs (GPU utilization, cost per token/query, serverless efficiency) with Engineering
• Run financial operations including multi-cloud cost allocation and automated reporting
• Design ROI and capital allocation frameworks for major investment decisions
• Build, mentor, and scale a team of product finance analysts

• 10+ years of experience in Strategic/Product Finance, with foundational training in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting
• Deep fluency in consumption-based business models, public cloud infrastructure costs, unit cost analysis, and gross margin optimization
• Proven track record partnering with senior Engineering and Product executives
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable financial systems and distill complex telemetry data
• Experience building and leading high-output finance teams
• Preferred: experience in AI and GPU economy; ownership of multi-product P&L in high-growth SaaS/PaaS/data infrastructure; hands-on SQL, Python, or notebook environments

• Zone 1 pay range: $223,800 – $307,650 USD
• Zone 2 pay range: $201,400 – $276,850 USD
• Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits
