Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using cloud platforms
- Integrate and manage diverse data sources, ensuring data quality, reliability, and accessibility for analytics and ML use cases
- Design and maintain cloud-native data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse) that scale with business needs
- Develop data processing solutions using Spark / PySpark in distributed environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable data solutions
- Support analytics use cases by enabling data consumption for reporting, dashboards, and visualization tools
- Stay up to date with modern data platform technologies and best practices
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Analytics Engineering roles
- Strong expertise in dimensional modeling with hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale Kimball, Star Schema, and Data Vault solutions
- Proven experience designing modern Lakehouse architectures and Medallion data platforms
- Deep hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, dbt, SQL, and Python
- Strong knowledge of Azure data services, including ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks
- Experience building scalable semantic models for BI, analytics, and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
- Experience defining architecture standards, reviewing technical designs, and leading architectural governance processes
- Ability to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of distributed data processing, performance optimization, and cloud-native architecture patterns
- English B2+
